Method: a knockout pre-screen via live web search and USPTO-direction lookups (June 2026), not legal clearance. Several official registers (USPTO TESS/TSDR) block automated lookups, so each name still requires a formal counsel search (USPTO + common-law + state, Classes 9 / 36 / 42) before commitment. The trademark-risk flags are directional, based on the findings below.
